Rusty's Barbeque, LLC Jonathan (Rusty) Tucker is the managing member of Rusty's Barbeque, LLC.
Jonathan and his wife, Beth, are the managers of Rusty's Barbeque, located at 7484 Parkway Drive (Hwy 78), Leeds, AL 35094.
Rusty, from Birmingham, met Beth, of Woodstock, Georgia, at Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, where Rusty got his associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Beth received hers in Baking and Pastry. Rusty and Beth both graduated from Johnson and Wales in Charlotte, North Carolina, where they received degrees in Restaurant Management. They moved to Birmingham and were married in 2008. Rusty's Barbeque opened for business in February, 2009.
Along with the help of his parents, Jerry and Reneé Tucker, and its valued employees, this is a fast growing family owned and managed restaurant. All of the recipes are family recipes or were developed by Rusty. JUST LIKE THIS WEBSITE ,WE ARE A WORK IN PROGRESS. Rusty is coming up with something new all the time. All the desserts are made in house and include Peanut Butter Pie, Beth's specialty!!

About the food Slow open pit cooked pork, chicken and ribs are our specialty, although we do make the best hamburgers and cheeseburgers anywhere around. We offer a variety of side dishes that always include homemade potato salad, coleslaw and baked beans. All the sauces are made by us. We have four or five different sauces to please everyone's palate. We have weekday specials, so check the web site for any daily specials that are certain to be a treat!!
